How to Participate

Participants must purchase min. $30 worth of Fortune and/or LaDiva participating products in a single receipt (inclusive of one (1) box Fortune Baby Abalone Noodles (Braised/Mushroom/Mala) 230g) from any participating retailers, during the promotion period of 19 April – 31 May 2021 both dates inclusive.

To enter into the lucky draw, Participants are required to SMS to 9010 2322 in the following format: HSF<space>NAME<space>Receipt No.<space>Address. Participants are required to retain the original winning receipt as proof of purchase upon collection of prizes. All SMS entries must reach us by 31 May 2021, 2359hrs.
Terms and Conditions
- These terms and conditions shall apply to the 2021 “Eat Good, Feel Loved” (“Lucky Draw”) organized by Hock Seng Food Pte Ltd (“Hock Seng Food”).
- Lucky Draw is from 19 April 2021 to 31 May 2021 (both dates inclusive). Hock Seng Food reserves the right to change the Lucky Draw Period.
- This Lucky Draw is open to all residents of Singapore except employees and their immediate family members of Hock Seng Food and their advertising agencies.
- To participate, you must purchase minimum $30 worth of Fortune and/or LaDiva products, including one (1) box of Fortune Baby Abalone Noodle 230g (Braised/Mushroom/Mala) in a single receipt. Simply SMS to 9010 2322 to register your participation in the lucky draw.
- Multiple SMS entries are allowed but each SMS must be accompanied by a unique receipt number. Normal SMS charges apply.
- The participating products for the lucky draw are Fortune Baby Abalone Noodle 230g (Braised/Mushroom/Mala), Fortune Braised Baby Abalone 180g, Fortune Mushroom Baby Abalone 180g, Fortune Mala Baby Abalone 180g, Fortune Australia Wild Abalone 425g, Fortune Baby Abalone 425g, Fortune Braised Abalone 425g, Fortune Sea Asparagus 425g, Fortune Razor Clams 425g, Fortune Dried Scallops in XO Sauce (Original/Spicy) 110g, Fortune Top Shell 315g, Fortune Abalone Sauce 390g, Fortune Organic Roasted Chestnut 5x120g, LaDiva Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1L, LaDiva Pomace Olive Oil 1L, LaDiva Pure Olive Oil 500ml, LaDiva Olive Oil with White Truffle Dressing 250ml and LaDiva Balsamic Vinegar of Moderna 250ml.
- An original valid receipt should include retailer and/or store name, receipt number and description of our Fortune and/or LaDiva products to ensure minimum purchase and lucky draw requirements are met.
- Purchase must be made during the promotion period of 19 April – 31 May 2021 (both dates inclusive) at major participating supermarkets and retailers.
- Winners must produce ORIGINAL winning receipt upon collection of prizes for verification. Winners who fail to produce valid winning receipt during collection of prizes will not be allowed to claim the prizes.
- All SMS entries must reach us by 31 May 2021 2359hrs.
- The lucky draw will be held at 267 Pandan Loop Singapore 128439 on 11 June 2021. Winners will be randomly picked through software generation.
- Each entrant is only entitled to one (1) prize and all winners will be notified by post. Winners are to collect the prizes by the stipulated date indicated in the notification letter and no extension of collection date is allowed. Unclaimed prizes shall be forfeited and disposed at the sole discretion of Hock Seng Food.
- Prize is not transferable nor exchangeable for cash or any other items. Hock Seng Food reserves the right to substitute the prizes for other prizes of similar value at its sole and absolute discretion without notice to the participants and/or winners.
- Hock Seng Food’s decision in all matters relating to this Lucky Draw is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
- Hock Seng Food reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Lucky Draw without prior notice.
- By participating in this Lucky Draw, you understand and accept without limitations that Hock Seng Food may collect, use or disclose your personal data contained herein for the following purpose in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2021 (PDPA), which is to administer this Lucky Draw, including to contact you for the administration of prize and for the purpose of internal audit/verification and/or external marketing purposes.
